Lieschen, a dedicated young caffeine lover, is under pressure. She adores her three cups of coffee a day but her father insists she break the habit. His threats escalate with her defiant resistance – first she’s grounded, then no more ribbons for her bonnet, and then no new fashionable skirts! It culminates when he forbids her to marry unless she agrees to give up coffee forever. What will the resourceful coffee lover do? Can she outwit her dad or will she relent and give in?
